Prawns with Ouzo and cream sauce

Ingredients:
500g peeled prawns (raw)
200g cream
2 cloves garlic
½ glass of white wine
1 shot ouzo
2tbls fresh dill
Salt – pepper
Tabasco sauce (optional)
2tbls olive oil
Method:
Put oil in a frying pan, add the prawns with the garlic and cook for a minute. Add the ouzo and wine, cook until reduced. Throw in the dill, season. Pour in the cream bring to a boil, add Tabasco sauce if using. Taste for seasoning. Serve with plain white rice or with pasta.
